“We had a big family time, a lot of memories.”
“We had a wonderful time with family. There were 8 adults, one toddler and 2 dogs. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beach was just few mins walking distance. Due to heat, we took the car on the second day as the beach was accessible by car. Probably for July 4th, the beach was very crowded, with people and cars on the beach. But we got to see great fireworks from the balcony. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back, but probably not on a major holiday weekend. Ride back on Sunday took extra 2.5 hrs due to traffic.”

“We just stayed at James’s place with 5 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs. There was plenty of space. The kids loved hanging out upstairs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need to cook. Great restaurants close too. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach and that was super fun! The mosquitos are bad this time of year so we didn’t use the outside space much but it was really well kept and would love to come back to use it. We had an issue late one night and James was up and help us out, very responsive and happy to help. Thank you for an awesome trip.”

Y’all can. Dogs are welcome, and the backyard is fully fenced, so they get room to run too.
Wait, there is really no cleaning fee?

How far is the beach?
A short walk. You can leave the car parked all week and still get sand between your toes in a few minutes.
